If you ever need to change your 1.25mm Molex, or DF13 connectors and are not sure how to do that, I found this great video which shows you how to do it properly.
With some of the GPS modules that we sell we include a spare molex connector to allow you to connect the module with either APM or Pixhawk as each autopilot has a different number of pins.
