Have you resolved this?
Assuming that you put the throttle to 100%, but the copter refused to rise, this is a power issue.
Basically, your copter’s motor and propellers are not providing enough thrust.
Try using bigger propellers OR make the copter lighter OR use a more powerful battery.

If you did not put the throttle to 100%, then do it and the copter will take flight.

Also, which flight mode are you using?

power don’t have any problem， someone adjust the UAV。
it can rise。I fly to the tree wrongly。Then i adjust it again。
it can’t rise。I can’t ask the guy right now. so i dont’ know how to set
the UAV。
