The good thing about this charger is that it puts additional charge current into the cells with lower voltage.
Other chargers mostly just discharge the cells with higher voltage. The method for this product chose promises more efficiency, less heat and a faster balance process, thus shortening charge times altogether. The additional charge current is up to 1500mA, which is quite a lot compared to what most discharge-balancing chargers offer
