Battery voltage incorrect for 6s

22v on main power leads but only 11v on balance lead. 6s battery so won’t let me charge it.
Tested on just power lead. Testes on just balance lead. Reset charger that I bought at the same time from yourself. Checked plugs fully incerted. All pins look good and fully seated.

Thank you for the reply. I’ve measured voltages across the balance lead. Negative on white wire and my results are from cell 1-6 are followed in volts. 3.8 7.6 7.6 11.4 15.2 19.1. Impossible to take photos while taking readings one handed. Do these reading look normal and maybe the battery charger at fault. It only registers 3 cell voltages on the charger and I even made sure it was updated to the latest version. Unfortunately it’s the only charger I have as this is the first drone I’ve ever had. Thanks.

Just had a thought. Please see attached pictures. Do you think the plus has been wired wrong? (possibly assembled upside down)

I looked through the video and images, yes, this is a bit odd.

Do you have a second battery you can plug in and check if it behaves in a similar manner?

Good morning. I just looks like cell 3 is dead. Unfortunately it’s the only battery I have. I Just bought the one to get me going with the drone

I’m not sure if it is your charger or the pack giving an issue, but i’m leaning towards the packs balance connection.
