I want to know everything I need to configure for a successful GPS based waypoint navigation. please help. It will be much more helpful if you can give a useful link to configure my arducopter for GPS based navigation. Do I have to calibrate my magnetometer for a successful navigation? please help I will be very grateful. Thanks in advance.

Its important to do an initial compass calibration before flight, this is done on hte first time setup on the mission planner software.
