Sorry about any confusion with this as its been quite some time since the order was placed. Our DPD tracking info shows that you collected the item from the parcel shop. However since its been more than a 2 months ago, we are no longer able to file any denial of receipt claims with DPD, as they only let us do this for 7 days after the delivery date. This is not our policy but one that DPD have imposed.
Could you perhaps check with your parcel shop, and show them the online tracking info as perhaps they have incorrectly marked it as collected, or someone else has collected the item on your behalf?
