JHEMCU F4 - RaceStar motors

I can’t get these guys to work together. For some reason the number 2/3 ESCs will only vibrate the motors when I test them in betaflight. The motors work ok if I move them to different locations and the ESCs work with different motors.
What am

I missing here?

did you install jazz maverick firmware. mine were doing that when I tried. had to revert
