I apologise for asking for compensation on something like this close to the end or the warranty period but I have lost so much money on getting 2 working chargers and have ordered several from you without receiving them due to an address issue on the website and the courier never returning one to you. (Seriously check my order history and the second one in the video and picture is from AliExpress)
I was using it under ordinary conditions when for a second plugging it in the input voltage dropped and then completely disconnected. The input XT60 read no voltage and did not turn it on as seen in the video. No warnings or faults came up and it was not dropped.
I apologise if this complicates things but I re-flowed the solder on the input XT60 since that fixed an issue on a different product before and I thought I could avoid contacting you. It is clear that the soldering is not anything else like a risky modification or malpractice.
After this had no effect I tested for voltage where the XT60 is soldered to the pcb and there was voltage but no signs of life. It turns on from the input XT60 which is somewhat promising and I have a bargain bin defective M8S so if you can advise me from pictures I’m happy to try replace parts on the pcb.
I would appreciate either help repairing it, a replacement would be the best or even a partial refund or discount for consolation at this point. I use 2 also to charge my 16s8p esk8 so it’s not just recreational I use it to get around.
