i have been having extreme jitter

random connection loss from the start of buying this o4
i have given it time and tried everything nothing works
please get dji to refund or fix the issue

I have mounted remounted the o4 board on two drones

I have hard mounted and soft mounted the camera

I have used official mounts and tpu mounts

I have made all wires stop from touching the drone

Nothing works

I can see what you mean, from the video, why do you think it is the O4?

To me it seems like a mechanical issue or a PID tuning issue. Is this a stock tune?

All motors, arms, the frame and your stack is securely bolted together?

Else again, possibly PID, it could be P or even I term.

Hmmm, I’m a little stumped on that one then. DJI have advised us to direct any product queries directly to them. Their official directive is given below for refernce.

DJI have asked that we direct all technical questions directly to them directly as they have technical support agents available 7 days a week to assist you via live chat, phone support, or ticket based support. If they cannot resolve your issue remotely they will assist by arranging to get the product replaced/refunded via their UK/EU repair centre local to you (including sending you a prepaid postage label).
