Quad flys fine but giving out black screen on my googles after binding updating firmware

I have sent a request over to Flywoo to get their feedback and suggestions as it would seem we have another customer with their Flylens 75 who has basically the exact same issue as you. So we should be able to figure this out and get it resolved for you!
Ok I have not even flown yet and kinda disappointed as it works and obviously binded correctly just no video I’m lucky to have a spare 04 pro unit sat in front of me to test the camera as i seen a video from a youtuber who suggested to look at the cable where it plugs in and he has a same problem as me with black screen with one he used on test bench only with the black cable that plugs into air unit from the camera has issues
Thats a shame i was looking into getting the flylens75 04 lite in next couple if days but seriously reconsidering now
I have received a email on my parters email as she was the one who bought it for me and stating i can contact dji direct or you can do it on my behalf im wondering with it been not even 2 weeks shouldnt it be down to unmanned tech to try sort it as i got it from you guys not dji im wondernng where we go from here … i have already figgured it out its a camera issue as i have stated i have hooked up another 04 pro camera up and it works how it should meaning its definitely a camera/cable issue

We are not the manufacturer of the product, and while we will make sure to help you, we just need to get confirmation from the manufacturer that the issue is indeed a fault, and not an issue that could be resolved via software setting etc…
But thanks for mentioning that replacing the camera has solved the issue, I will pass this onto Flywoo to get them to confirm, but in the meantime if you have any photos to show this it would speed things up as I can show this to them who then should be able to confirm this.

Sure, if its a quick video I like to use imgur.com as its super easy.
But we will make sure to get this issue resolved you we just need to get an update from Flywoo engineers!

Its probably best to just upload it to imgur.com and share the video link here, if its longer than 1min, then its probably easier to add it to youtube and share it as an unlisted video and paste the link here.
But the video you shared above showing the O4 pro camera connected to your Flylens is great, as it shows that the issue is somewhere between the camera/cable so I will request that we can get a new one sent out to you from Flywoo. We should have an update for you soon!

How long does it usually take to hear back from the manufacturer alex as i had 350£ quadcopter just sat here faulty and not knowing what is going to happen is starting to get my anxiety levels up
We should have a reply within a few working days, but since Flywoo have been closed for CNY holidays they are wokring though a backlog, but they have updated us on a few tickets.
However if you do not get any reply from us before the end of Friday, it may be easier to then return the item back to us, we can then get it repaired/replaced for you please see- UMT Faulty Product Return. Please use RMA #139469 when you do send it back to us.
However hopefully we will have an update for you tomorrow!

Ok alex thanks for the reply so do I need to open a rma or just get your returns adress and send back with the rma number u give me on the package?
Hopefully hear something back by tomorrow evening on getting a replacment camera as don’t want to have to go through having to send in when I have already found the fault but if that’s what I have to do then it’s fine thanks
