Order #719467 - Hglrc Talon Cinewhoop - Motor two not arming

Order Number: 719467
Product Name: Hglrc Talon Cinewhoop
Brand: HGLRC
I was flying the UAV and it was flying great and I then landed (no crash) involved and I shut the system down. I then rearmed and noticed that motor two was not arming.

I have checked on Betaflight and ESC Config and they are recognising the motor but there not able to arm via these also.

It is a shame as I have a video shoot planned for next weekend.

Is there a way to get this fixed before then?

Thanks
Stu
I’ve tried connecting in beta flight , ESC config, motors are seen. All motors arm other than motor two

Hi David,

I am also chatting with Alex from the support via email ticket number
[##141368##]

I have flew a number of flights since getting the system at the beginning of March.

I work for a UK UAV manufacturer and have got our tech guys (software and engineering) to have a look at it and they seem to think the issue is with the ESC.

Do you happen to have one you would be able to send me? I was doing test flights on the system before a task I’m looking at doing a tasking at a race course this weekend and really would like to get up and running before then if possible.

Thanks
Stuart

Hi Stuart good day,

I had a look at the other ticket mentioned, there seems to be a longer thread there so I will continue the ticket there and close this one for now. It makes it really difficult to manage the same issue over multiple tickets.

I have contacted HGLRC and have asked for their feedback, I also mentioned that the fault seems to lie with the ESC and not the motor.

As soon as I hear back I will let you know.

David
