My T-motor F7 Pro has a bad gyro. You guys know the deal, it’s totally luck and happens all the time. I have another one here. I will attach the log to show.
You know the deal, I do this a lot. It’s a broken gyro and it shows up on the log super obviously. I will attach a comparison on the exact same build just with the FC swapped out.

Hi David,

No problem, I have attached 2 logs. They are the exact same drone (KD50 X8), with the exact same PIDs and filters. Both have big caps and spike absorbers on power and a small cap on the FC power pads, both have 48k ESC frequency. The only difference is one is the T-motor f7 pro with the bad gyro, and the other is a different FC with a good gyro.

Honestly, I am surprised T-motor are pushing back at all. They know very well that they are selling bad gyros, every single manufacturer is doing it. They are buying gyros with a certain failure rate (which is unacceptably too high) and are not doing proper CQ because it’s difficult and not worth the money. This is well known, it’s disappointing they are not just immediately refunding or replacing FCs with bad gyros. It’s the most frustrating thing in the industry for building at the moment, and nobody has a good solution.

Many times I will buy multiple FCs for builds so I have a better chance of getting a good one. Often I just don’t have the time or effort to do a return on bad ones, it’s such a huge waste of time because you can’t do any tests before you fully build and fly the drone. On many builds (especially lifters) I would pay double or more for a FC if a good gyro was guaranteed.
