This is a replacement product I got for a faulty product. This time the goggles don’t power on without plugging in the charger, when the charger is removed they turn off. I left them to charge for a while incase they were just low battery but they still didn’t turn on. They have been safely stored and have not been damaged in any way
Tried leaving them to charge
Opened them up to see if there was any obstruction
Tried turning on with charger plugged in, them taking it out

Sounds like maybe the battery is not working correctly after some time. I will talk with the manufacturer and let you know once we hear back from them once I hear back as I suspect the will have some questions to figure out what the source of thee issue is, as we have been selling these goggles for a few years and while this issue does occur, its rather rare…
