it will not bind to the transmitter ie elrs and the drone is elrs
when the drone is connected to beta flight the bind icon is shown as it should be and everything is shown as working ie settings etc . and when i try to connect the drone to the radio ie elrs radio master ts 16 it will not bind
in anyway at all ive even changed the usb leads as i am aware this can be a issue i have even placed a fan under the drone to stop it overheating before trying to set it up as i do with all my drones
i am also using the latest firmware for my radio the drone its self is a new model ie 2023 so every thing should work as intended ive even tried to look up firmware for the drone in case of a miss match

This is a bit odd, as you have gone through the processes I would have suggested.
I see the nanofly was delivered over a month ago, have you been able to bind or fly it at all in this time?

I would have returned the drone earlier ie within 30 days but the radiomaster ts16 i bought from
You was faulty and alex arranged a replacement which was sent to me and works with no issues as it should
Which i only got less than 3 weeks ago now
So i could not get the drone set up in that time period to find out if it was fully working
I was 3 days over the 30 day return period for the drone
I still can not bind or fly it at all despite trying several times
Hope this make things a bit clearer now

No problem, thank you for the overview, I have already sent a mail through to Sub250 asking for assistance with the nanofly.
