Hi Jason good day,
Thanks for reaching out, I am not 100% certain, to be honest!
I have reached out to TBS and asked for clarification.
As soon as I hear back I will let you know.
How would you rate our customer service?

Hi Jason good day,
TBS responded saying that the Rx and Tx pads are for the crossfire signal.
Hope this helps.
If there is anything else I can help with please do let me know?

Thanks
The Pwm pad is signal.
There is a manual for it in the tbs lucid esc’s manual
Ok.
So have tried esc now signal connected to Pwm
Motor spins
But when connect to computer just get initializing doesn’t finish.
When select port shows no compatible devices found
Had a neutron am32 esc from you that connected.
Hi Jason good day,
I’m sorry you are struggling with this ESC.
That sounds like a driver compatibility issue, do you have the updated and correct drivers installed for that ESC?
Hope this helps.
If there is anything else I can help with please do let me know?

Hi
I have now connected it with the downloaded configurator
Can’t connect to the online configurator
Would it need a different driver than all other esc’s and online configurator
Where would I find latest driver if needed.
J
Hi Jason,
Sorry I meant the drivers for the FC. I’m assuming you are using passtrhough to speak to your ESC? If you have used the same FC and connected to a different ESC, then you have the correct drivers installed for that FC. I would just install both sets of drivers to cover all eventualities of FC you might run into.
This will explain the issue you are having in quite a bit of detail:

Let me know if this fixes the issue you are having?

No fc
Its for a plane
Just connecting signal to usb adapter to computer
It sees it in downloaded configurator
Hi Jason,
Honestly, I have never connected an ESC to a configurator without using an FC or arduino and pass-through.
This is a really useful guide to AM32 using that method:

Besides the pass-though aspect of connecting to the ESC, the below list might be something worth checking:
-
USB cable does in fact carry data
-
ESC is powered with sufficient external voltage
Hope this helps.
