Skyzone Rx module stopped working

Arrived with only part of screen working. I have pictures off this. Module was working. Now intermittently the screens backlight comes on but does not render anything and module does not output a signal to goggles. In cradle or googles.
Tried cradle and goggle module bay (hdzero). More intermittent in goggles but still doesnt work in the bay sometimes. Tried firmware update.

Hi, just to update you on this, are you able to power the device via 12V 5A power source and confirm if you still have the issue, as this is what Skyzone have suggested, as they think the module is not getting enough power.

I have powered from a 4s 1500mah lipo with the supplied cable and it does the same. I think the screen is damaged as it partly works somtimes but also some times is just gray.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the ongoing hassle with this. Unfortunaetly, we’re not getting the responses from the manufacturer that we typically would rely upon to facilitate a hardware fault claim like this.

With that being the case, the best path forwards at this point would be to return the item to us for inspection and resolution in the form of a replacement (stock allowing) or refund. I do sincerely apologise for the wait and will do what I can to keep any further delay to an absolute minimum for you.

Unfortunately I believe this unit was found to be defective and ended up back with the manufacturer, you may have to reach out to your retailer for further advice. Sorry I don’t have more useful advice to provide at present!
