Stuck on Check Tip error

Order Number: 694722
Product Name: Hglrc Rc 2 Soldering Iron
Brand: HGLRC
Replaced tip with a compatible one.
It says Check Tip on startup and I can’'t get rid of it
Tip is secured with the 2 M3 bolts
Using a 20V power supply
Happened on first use
Checked tip is secure
Tried both tips I have for it
Contacted HGLRC support

Hi

HGLRC have asked you to doubleck check by doing the following:

install the soldering iron tip on it ，Then turn and twist it, and tighten it. Try it and see if it works.

Please let me know once you have tried this so I can get back to them to progress this issue to try get this issue resolved!
