just unboxed my sexy new T16 Pro … and it’s booting into “emergency mode” … not a happy bunny as it’s brand spanking “new”

Hi, sorry to hear about that. This used to be a common issue with the early versions as people used openTX to write models, but most models on openTX will default to using the internal RF module, the initial T16 radios did not have this.
A quick solution:
Download and flash the latest firmware form Jumper: - T16 Pro Hall V2 | jumper-rc and also make sure to write their default SD card contents to your SD card. Then setup the model directly on the jumper radio itself.
