For the issue of the TS101 soldering iron tip. Could you please send me a photo showing the serial number on your soldering iron, or the soldering iron tip so I can pass this onto the manufacturer to request a replacement (or they may offer a resolution directly).
However, it seems this issue we have had a few weeks ago with another customer here, so we ended up replacing the unit for them, so I suspect this is what we will do here for you. - https://www.dronetrest.com/t/broken-soldering-iron-ts101/10561/1. However the manufacturer insists we provide them photos of the serial number/ QC warranty card for them to confirm the batch etc… before they will issue a replacement, so if you can provide these photos for us we can then get this actioned for you ASAP.
